LIMITED WARRANTY

Rhino Carbon Fiber warrants that during the Warranty Period (as defined below), the quoted material/products, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. With respect to any defective Product during the Warranty Period, Rhino Carbon Fiber will replace such Product (or the defective part thereof) free of charge. Rhino Carbon Fiber will also pay for shipping and handling fees for the Replacement Product.

This limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for the applicable period set forth in the Product's Limited Warranty & Disclaimer set forth on Rhino Carbon Fiber's website (the "Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if Rhino Carbon Fiber replaces the Product. Rhino Carbon Fiber may change the availability of this limited warranty at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
 
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the Product during the Warranty Period. It does not cover the installation or application of the Product by you or any other person, whether or not the total price of this quote includes the costs of installation and any services related thereto, and in no event shall Rhino Carbon Fiber be liable for any and all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, injuries, costs and expenses, interest, awards, judgments and penalties (including, without limitation, legal costs and expenses) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your failure to comply with the Product's technical data sheets, all available on www.rhinocarbonfiber.com, in connection with the use, installation, or storage of the Product; (b) the installation of the Product by you or any other person other than Rhino Carbon Fiber (including due to a failure to meet building code or governmental requirements, or industry standards or requirements); (c) any agreement between you and any other person for the installation of the Product; (d) modifications or repair made to the Product by you or any other person; (e) normal wear and tear; (f) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control; (g) failure or defect of any third party part or product used together with the Product covered by this warranty, whether or not that other product is covered by a separate warranty; or (h) failure or defect of any other Rhino Carbon Fiber part or product (including, but not limited to glues and adhesives) if the failure or defect is not covered by, or is excluded from, a separate Rhino Carbon Fiber warranty, or occurs after the expiration of that warranty coverage period.
 
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHICH UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL EXCEED THE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE, NEITHER RHINO CARBON FIBER NOR ANY PERSON ON ITS BEHALF HAS MADE OR MAKES ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, EITHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, WHETHER ARISING BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
