*Tensile strength of individual carbon fibers vs mild structural steel. Actual CFRP system performance is governed by composite action of carbon fiber and epoxy resin. Unidirectional carbon fiber is not appropriate for repairs requiring high anisotropic strength — Bidirectional CFRP is better suited for those applications.

The Rhino Corner Wall Repair Kit is designed for field crews. Fast, repeatable, and completable in a single day. No excavation, no obtrusive hardware.
Select Your Kit
Choose 560 GSM Bidirectional for all-direction corner strength for vertical load reinforcement. The kit includes 4 straps at 10' each with RCF Saturant-Adhesive Epoxy.
Prep the Corner
Lay plastic or drop cloth around the work area. Grind or clean the corner surface to remove paint, coatings, and any loose material — achieving a bare, clean concrete or masonry surface for full epoxy adhesion.
Repair Any Cracks
Fill any existing cracks using hydraulic cement or RCF High Strength Anchoring Epoxy Paste before applying carbon fiber. The surface must be completely clean and crack-free prior to strap application.
Measure & Mark
Measure and mark the strap locations on the corner. Straps should be centered on the corner and span both wall faces to fully engage the corner joint and transfer load through the carbon fiber.
Apply Epoxy to Surface
Apply an even coat of RCF Saturant-Adhesive Epoxy (1:1 mix ratio) to the concrete or masonry surface over the full area where the carbon fiber strap will be placed, using the supplied epoxy gun.
Apply Carbon Fiber Strap
Lay the carbon fiber strap over the epoxy-coated corner surface — straight, tight, and fully in contact with the wall on both sides of the corner. Work the strap into the epoxy with a roller or gloved hands.
Saturate & Coat
Apply a second coat of epoxy over the top of the carbon fiber strap, fully saturating the fabric. Spread evenly with a putty knife to ensure complete coverage and a smooth, flat finish on both wall faces.
Cure & Finish
Allow 2–10 hours for initial cure depending on temperature. Wait 24 hours for full strength development before loading. The finished surface is paintable, coverable, and requires zero maintenance.
